I am Burcu, a high school math teacher in Karşıyaka, Izmir. I am also a student in the Philosophy Department at Istanbul University. I have traveled to various countries in Asia, Europe and Africa since 2003. During and after these travels, different cultures, perspectives and thoughts dragged me into the harmony of the colorful cycle of the universe.

I wanted to share my places I have visited and their history and stories with visuals through the earth-sky-sea blog I have prepared.
